I know not to everybody's taste but often popular at Christmas with people who are old enough to remember the 70's.

4 pack of 20cl bottles for £3.79 or 2 for £4, or if you prefer to pay more pop along to that rip off merchant Tesco where they are 2 for £5.

lol - was so sick on that when I was younger, have not been able to face it ever again X)

Thanks for this, my wife and I do remember the 70s, just! wasn't even a teenager back then, but do remember me mum always having this around at Christmas, along with Campari, Pomagne and Liebfraumilch, happy days! Anyway, my wife loves these & Snowballs!
Like your rip off Tesco remark, indeed they are, which is why I haven't shopped there in years, that and the poor quality of so much of their food, meat especially.Just surprised it's taken so long for so many people to finally realise, that those that shout cheapest the most, are not!

Now this is a blast from the past! I didn't know they still made this stuff. This was SOOOO big back in the day and I too can remember a party wasn't a party without babycham - plus of course Party fours, Party Sevens and Double Diamond!

I actually used to like it (and I'm a bloke!) as I was a teen in the early 80s and my girlfriend drank it all the time - looking at the size of the bottles how can anybody get drunk on these! Yet my girlfriend used to......................................:{

Is this just perry cider? Basically magnams in little bottles........

In a essence it is made from the same ingredients but it is very sweet and light compared to something like magners or bulmers. It is primarily aimed at women and is the drink that many a kid in the 70's would have tried as their first introduction to alcohol.

No large bottle is 75cl, the small ones are 4x20=80cl so a tiny bit more in the small bottles.
