I have medium length thick hair and this was useless for me, far too difficult trying to straighten my hair. Gave up and gone back to my straighteners.

voted hot though as this is a great price!

Thanks, that's what I thought it would be like. Looks like new ghds then

Can you use these up dry as well as straighten? I let my hair dry naturally when I can to avoid too much heat damage but it makes hair a 2-3 hour event which it would be nice to shorten.

Thanks op

Good find.

You might want to give Babyliss Titanium straightening irons a go. They are usually about £70 is but can be found for sub £60 on Amazon. I have had mine for quite a bit and it's a work horse.

yeah i use babybliss straightener too. very good. got mine for 30 quids or so.

Thank you OP - bought these yesterday and just used them on my horrible dry, wiry, horse-like hair and I love them My hair is long and really thick and with this brush it looks smooth and sleek but not flat and poker straight like it is with straighteners, perfect!

I can apply the HAIR20 and it deducts the £8 bringing it down to 31.99 but i also have a £10 of my next purchase voucher code that for some reason only gives me a total £16 off instead of £18.
I tried using the £10 voucher off first which works fine BUT as soon as i Put the HAIR20 code in it reverts back to showing only a £16 discount... i know its only a £2 difference but surely that cant be right. has anyone else had a problem using the £10 voucher codes alongside Argos promotions? thanks

When does the HAIR20 code expire ?

It sounds like it takes the £10 off first then the 20% which is fairly typical.

Code now expired
