I'm pretty sure I saw this demo-ed on QVC about a week ago - obviously it cost much more. They were talking about the fact it has a brushless motor and should last much longer than AC motor dryers.
£60 with free delivery at John Lewis & Boots. I'd prefer to buy from one of those for the ease of returns during the warranty period.
I upgraded my hair dryer from your usual £20-£30 price range (Mark Hill) to this one..

I found this is a lot quieter, my drying time was cut by a third and my hair felt a lot better.

Definitely recommend it if you are looking for an upgrade/replacement.

Easier for delivery, not easier if there's a fault after 3 months.

I've had no issues with electronics and returns, unless this is a very new development. Even with Warehouse items.

My current hairdryer is this one - bought for £5 a few years ago from Amazon Warehouse. Must admit the QVC demo almost seduced me (but that's the whole point of shopping channels )
Just purchased from boots. If you have a verified student discount attached to your advantage card, there’s an extra 10% off. Worked out at £54 and free postage.
