FORGIVE ME IF THIS HAS BEEN POSTED!
Its back again as from Monday 8th November...Tesco Double up Vouchers.
To be exchanged instore...doesnt mention Tesco Direct this time.
Great for getting your Christmas presents in!!

Available in multiples of £10 on:
Xmas Trees
DIY
Computers
Finest Wine & Champagne
Beds & Bedding
Phones

Multiples of £5:
Toys
Clothing
Baby & Toddler
Electrical (selected)
Flowers

Vouchers must be doubled up either in £10 multiples for the first lot of departments or multiples of £5 for the second lot of departments...any residue is put back onto your clubcard...so if you exchange £11.50 worth of vouchers, you can only use £10 of that to double up, and the remaining £1.50 is put back onto your clubcard as 150 points.
Not sure if this is mobile phones or home phones, but last time it was mobile phones as well....could use for XBox, PS3....etc as it says electricals...but not sure.

Take your vouchers to the desk at the front of the store from Monday 8th November and select the department you want to spend them on. The total of your vouchers you want to spend should be in multiples of £5 or £10....then the assistant will give you a printed voucher and take your Clubcard voucher off you. You then go shopping instore and when you pay at the checkout, you hand the printed voucher over to the cashier. Simple as that.

A good tip is to sort out what you want and get it in your trolley/basket BEFORE you change up your vouchers. You can't change them back nor can you change 'departments' and if you can't find anything you want it's flipping nuisance. Add it all up and only change up the correct amount. It doesn't matter if you only have, say a £6 voucher and you want to double up to £10. The extra £1 will go back into your clubcard account.

I'm not sure what you mean about not asking for the vouchers that come through your post though, AgentSingh, when you signed up for your clubcard did you not expect to receive vouchers?

Thanks for the tip. I seem to get random vouchers every couple of months, eg 50p off when you buy a particular item etc, and I think my points are being deducted when these type of vouchers are issued. I could be wrong - they may just be bonus vouchers...

Thanks for the heads up, I got £150 of points coming soon plus what I already have here

have electricals been included in this deal in previous double up promo's? dh is desperate for a ps3...fingers crossed

Fantastic Info...nearly bought some PC speakers in there today....will hold off!

Thanks.

I have done well from the exchanges in the past, but when I was tidying recently I found Clubcard vouchers that had expired around 2 months earlier, around £25 worth.
Thought it was worth an email asking them if they would be willing to honour them...got a call the next working day to let me know they would be added back onto my account, so I am getting loads of vouchers this time!
Just thought it was worth mentioning if anyone else has a filing system as chaotic as mine - I have a feeling I binned smaller expired ones in the past!

Nice one, thank OP.

Hope it is on xbox as that would sort my sons xmas presents. He moaned last time as it didnt include it.

Probably not white goods (hopefully TVs) and probably not iPhones.

Love this deal and am so pleased they are doing it before xmas as I'll be able to get another £50 worth of stuff I got £70 worth of toys for xmas on the last one a few months back

Woohoo I have £55 of vouchers so doubled and that's £110! Thats nearly Xmas shopping done!!! woopeeeeeee!!! Heat def added!!!

Brill thanks

No you cant use them instore to exchange. You will need to phone Tesco Clubcard up and tell them you dont want the vouchers now and if they can cancel your order if you have just ordered or if you have received them, ask if you can send them back for the points. I usually do this with vouchers I no longer want. They ask you to post back and credit your account with the points. But I havent done it for a while, so it may of changed. Phone them up and ask them. Worth a punt. But defo not instore.

Apparently the Double Up was very popular on Pet food, etc. last time....maybe not this one?
Shame as we'd like to stock up again!

Can anyone find out if this works on 360 games? Just in for black ops
