Not sure if this is nationwide but £1 labels were coop per printed so could be. Confusing as all packs still showed old price but scanned at £1. About 200 packs left in Tamworth,Wilnecote store

Cold. Not halal
Love coop bacon.....bought 2 packs yesterday for the usual 2 for £4 but will have a look today
Hot. Not halal
Has been this price for the last few days at our local co-op - It was 4 for £5 just before Christmas(even though the packs say 2 for £4 on them)
It is the smoked and unsmoked rindless back bacon in our store.

cos bacon can be X)
Been this price since just after Christmas. Shop manager told mr Head office made a mistake in the ordering and ordered far too much so they need to sell as soon as possible!
I got charge £4 for 2 packs today so they must have corrected it
Not kosher. Cold.
If it was 250g for a £1 then it would be the same price as Sainsbury's sell theirs. Sainsbury's sell 500g (2x250g) unsmoked back bacon packs for £2, therefore you seem to be paying twice the price for your bacon at Co-Op.

Think your maths needs attention 2 x 250 g at £2 is exactly the same price so Im not paying twice the price!!!! And you have the choice of buying 1 rather than two packs at a time.
Still 2 for £4 at Chelmsford Coop

My maths are working fine, it's yours that need some schooling by the look of it. Thread title "Back bacon 250g £1.00 @ Co-op" 2 x 250 packs 2@£1= sainsbury 2 x 250 for £2 IF the offer is valid, which it doesn't seem to be for many people. However many are saying 2 packs of 250g for £4 which IS twice the price!

That is what I mean. If the offer is valid, then you get it at the same price but don't have to purchase as much, otherwise, as many in this thread seem to be saying, you are paying twice the price as Sainsburys bacon. Cold from me.

if that is what you meant then why didn't you say that in your original post? I posted it at a pound not 2 for 4 so your not even voting on the correct deal. Try reading your own post , there is no mention of "if this offer is not available" so your voting cold because its the same price as sainsburys ....priceless !!
