Yes but they seem to last forever if you don't have constant visitors pushing the button, my last doorbell push button that used the same batteries lasted about 6 years, maybe even longer.
I want to have the front and side door using the same speakers for these:

Is it possible to get a button on its own?
If not, is it possible to link two sets of these together so they are all on the same channel?

I've just looked at the instruction manual I got with mine and it does not mention anything about buying additional door push buttons or how to pair them up.
Why not buy two sets and assign a different ringtone to each pair so you know which doorway the visitor is calling from?
