Just saw it on Hallmark also!

Use the following link to see where your closest store is, just enter postcode and tick Petrol Station,,..
sainsburys.co.uk/sho…htm

Nearest one: Distance: 34.9 mile(s)

We've got two Sainsburys in Milton Keynes and neither of them have petrol stations. Not sure where the nearest one is with one.

didn't do this on saturday... did it start today then?

And at Sainsbury's higher prices (compared to Adsa and even Tesco), it's a lot easier to spend £50. :-))

You have to spend £50 to save 2ish?

Not hot from me sorry.

Its a pity that supermarkets are known for using 'additives', therefore you get less actual 'fuel' for your money, plus your engine wear is being decreased for compensating for the additives. Even though Esso/BP/Shell supply the fuel, they add the additives for whoever is buying the fuel to sell.

Sainsbury prices are always higher than others I find. So, this is a much worse deal than the Tesco one. If you spend £50 in Sainsbury anyway, then this is a good deal

All fuel suppliers have their own additives and it is not limited to supermarkets but also to the oil giants. It is the additives that trademarks the fuel (and are closely guarded secrets). Shell, BP, Esso and so on receive their fuel from the same refineries as do the supermarkets. The additives does not necessarily reduce fuel consumption but it is fair to say that supermarket additives are unlikely to be up to the same standards as the major oil companies.

These petrol vouchers are only valid for 8 days from the issue date, which isn't very long if you just happened to have filled up a couple of days ago :x

That's because Sainsburys do nice food as opposed to Asda and to a lesser extent Tesco.
