These arent worth £2 Im afraid, instead of velcro straps, these have elastic straps, which my son stretched , and they were useless after that.

Not so.

My son gets a maximum of 6 months out of a pair of shoes, which we usually pay around £30 in Clarkes.

Now, if you do the maths, this works out at around than £1.15 per week. So if a £2 purchase lasts 3 weeks, then it's a saving of £1.45 over that time, assuming these are a filler item to make the postage costs negligable, that is.

who cares if they aint the best quality....there £2 for god sake, my son trashes shoes within a month or so, which i usually pay around £10-£15 for....i'd rather he trashed these instead for £2 ;-)

Well, that wasn't so good. They cancelled my order...sigh...
