Just bought this playhouse at the weekend after looking at it for weeks.
Original price was £269.89 which it still is on their website but instore it was marked as £129.97 plus vat which is £155.98
Also has a little wooden hob inside and a sink. Side opposite door has window with shutters and the side opposite serving hatch has a big bay window
Not sure if it is all their stores but great deal if you find one.
If you can't fit it in your car then they also do van hire for £13 - still cheaper than buying it on their website
Have just built and varnished ours - looks great

Does anyone know if there any in Cardiff

Picked one up from Leicester Costco this evening but price was even less. £99.99 + vat so just under £120.

We rang Costco up and nearest in stock was there.
Said they had another 5 or 6 left as well.

Box is a fair size and only just fit in our qashqai. very heavy too.

Heat added

Got one for £120 today my daughter will be over the moon. Thanks op

We missed out on this deal, which is a real shame as we were wanting to buy one for my neice's birthday
Anyway, we've ordered one at full price from the Costco website and whilst waiting for the order to arrive I've had a read through the instructions supplied bu IndianaBlues (many thanks).
I see that the playhouse does not have any sort of flooring included, so thought I'd ask what other people have used?
I was thinking that it might be best to put down a concrete base (similar to what you'd do for a shed), and then maybe some soft foam matts, or wooden flooring inside the house.
Any thoughts or suggestions would be great,
Thanks

We have ours on the patio and thinking of just putting a couple of mats inside
