We bought two of their soft two wheeled suitcases a couple of years ago. We haven't used them much, but I'm quite impressed with the quality and very impressed with how light they are. Obviously you wouldn't want to play football with them, or throw them out of the window, but as carry on luggage I don't think you'd get much better for the money.

Same here. Bought two cabin cases for £35 with p&p. Excellent quality and really light. I am on my way to iceland for a spa weekend and really inpressed how much you can put into it. It is a great deal.

As said,use to be bogof and it's been on for months. I have been getting emails weekly on this "sale". Was a better deal when it was a 50% off code and not having to buy an extra case to justify the "saving"

They will honour instore because I went in, asked and got the deal. They just don't advertise that they will honour it but they honour all online orders instore

On the website it says buy one get one free. I put one in my basket and ordered it but found out that its actually buy two, get second one free. They were only going to send me one and I wouldn't have got the second one free. I had to cancel it. Bad customer service.

Be careful, I recently bought 2 world lightest suitcases (10 yr guarantee),1 used for trip to Ireland and lining zip broke, now having battle with company, will only change your different colour, as dont stock the grey i bought end of June but I want both of same colour, they also said they would exchange on this occasion despite having a 10 year guarantee, now battling to get refund. 1 unhappy customer!

I called up my closest store and asked if they had the offer running in store too. I was told that its buy one get one for £10 but that they would price match the online offer maybe if you're close enough to a store you could just go in and pick up what you want but call to confirm first.

Just ordered cabin luggage. My girlfriend has had her IT cabin luggage for 2 years and looks as good as new after 5 trips.

Alternative review: I fly 10+ times a year and then also take the cabin one on the train other times. I have had a Worlds Lightest cabin 4 wheel and a medium and large 2 wheel for about 4 years now and only just now is the cabin one looking like it's going to need to be replaced soon. I'll be replacing them with IT luggage :)

I had the same quality issue with the stitching coming undone at the side and the handle being temperamental about locking when fully extended. I purchased a bag from here when a similar deal was posted in May, went for this bag 24" 8 Wheel Push Button Worlds Lightest O/S Got it for 35.99, we have used it to go abroad once (Spain, single leg jet2). The stitching on the side has gone, maybe 8cm worth. I think the cabin baggage would be worth going for as it is unlikely to see the same misuse as cabin baggage. I am not sure I would recommend the case I went for.

I've had this bag for the last few years and it's great. Has been on numerous flights with me. The only downside is the handles - they are metal and end up being a bit bulky today hold comfortably, plus they kind of slip against each other in your hand.

Yep 10 year warranty lol, it's a joke. Just keep getting new ones forever... Anyway I got one for a fiver and its done two trips so far. Decent.
