Just noticed this bahco tool rucksack is now down to £26.67, I purchased at £35 2 weeks ago and was happy at that price. The info at amazon is very sparse, just like it was for the larger model (posted here last month) so I'll try and do my best.....

Outside you have 3 pockets, one open topped for a bottle
Inside there is a laptop sleeve and a built in tool roll
The zips open completely around 3 sides, allowing it to be opened fully
There are 2 straps on each side as well as the zips
The handles are a single piece of fabric that wrap completely around the bag (the white reflective bits) so its very strong

The only downside to this bag over its larger brother is that the shoulder straps aren't as padded on this one, but its meant to hold less weight as its smaller. TBH the other bag is over engineered, but I like them both.

Can't comment on litres but the dimensions are 45 x 33 x 21, once you fill the tool roll and add a laptop (well, I have a tablet in there) there is still more room, guess it depends on what you put in the tool roll but mine is screwdrivers, pliers etc.

If you want to carry a fair bit I'd go for the BP2 model, I got that for £31 but its over £80 at the moment!
