Been searching all over for this Tesco, ASDA & Sainsbury’s have stopped selling Baking Soda for some reason & Arm & Hammer on amazon & EBay cost a small fortune, have used two tubs before & to me does the job well.

Instead of looking for 'Baking Soda' look for sodium bicarbonate / Bicarbonate of soda in the baking aisle. It's the same thing just more expensive because it's food grade.

Looked in two stores by me only had Soda Crystals for that price, did buy some thought use it for my drains

Or £1 in Morrison's if you don't have a Home Bargains nearby. These are DP in a green bag, and are pure soda, whereas the stuff in bottles is soda ash and not as effective. Brilliant for reviving old white cottons.
Leave an opened box of baking soda in the fridge to 'absorb' odours (can also be used on carpet)
In Canada, 'Cow Brand' used to have TV ads stating just that, as opposed to it being used for baking purposes

Soda crystals is more aggressive & should be handled with care as Baking Soda I use to bath my mutts paws after walking on salted roads in the winter also use it for when he has irritated paws
