Got this RAM myself, known for overclocking very well with Ryzen.

Great price!

Just to confirm that this is micron e-die RAM. I've this overclocked to 3733 cl16-16-18-16-40 at 1.44v.

Is it worth getting the 3200 for a couple quid more?

Have this ram with my MSI B450 Carbon Pro AC and 3700x. Runs very nicely at 3666 16 20 16 38 1T @ 1.37v

No - it's basically the same ram.

Yes and no.

Yes because it's running at a faster speed at the same voltage, so in essence the chips are higher binned, but the timings are looser.

If you don't plan on overclocking, get the 3200. If you don't mind fiddling, get the 3000. As long as it has AES in the product code it's got micron e-die, which is what you want.

Difference in performance from 200Mhz gain next to none as long as You're not planning to play with timings.

You got that running at a very nice voltage, did you have to alter the SoC? Can't put my voltage lower than 1.44, almost same timings but running at 3733.

The only voltage I set was for RAM, everything else is auto although the board set the SOC to 1.1v and latest beta hwinfo shows SOC running at 1.081v.

I was as surprised the RAM would run at such a low voltage, it would also run at 3800/3733 (my Infinity Fabric was fine at 3800) at that voltage too and passed hours of memory mem86+ tests but I got some ramdom occasional reboots so began dropping the freq. down a notch until they went away (that could be down to IF). TBH theres not much real world difference between 3633/3733/3800 so I've left it until I try AGESA 1004 bios.
My 3200 runs at 3800 cl16 @1.4v

Even though I apparently lost the silicon lottery compared to you guys I'm still delighted with me RAM
