This 10-part HBO television miniseries focuses on Easy Company, a group of American soldiers in World War II, tracking their experiences from the beginning of boot camp to the end of the war. Anchored by actors Damian Lewis and Ron Livingston, the series gives detailed attention to their experiences as a group, as well as the way that each of them develops individually. Based on historian Stephen E. Ambrose's book of real-life accounts, Band of Brothers was executive produced by Steven Spielberg and Tom Hanks, who worked together on Saving Private Ryan. Hanks also directed one episode, featuring his son, Colin Hanks.

Still some of the best TV I have ever seen!
One of the best series ever made, I keep coming back to this and am truly amazed by them and anyone else that fought in the wars

The episode when they find the concentration camp is amongst one of the most jarring scenes in television imo. Made even more brutal by the truth of its content.

This is television on another level and if you haven't watched you need to asap.
Some of the best TV ever made. Now I have to watch it again so thanks op. I'd pay serious money if they ever released this in 4k HDR.

Remember boys, flies spread disease, so keep yours closed!
Great find, OP. I've owned this tin edition since its initial release and paid over £60 for it then, hands down the best TV series you'll watch.
Now, if someone could find me a bottle of Vat 69 I'd be very happy

All the better, I love film grain lol.

If it's film they should be able to 4K it. Anything digital and it's a bit of a crapshoot depending.
Recently re-watched this, still stands up as probably the most gripping and poignant TV series ever made. First time I saw it was on my bedroom TV as a young lad, watching the Blu-rays in 5.1 on a 50" screen was phenomenal.
Great price! One of the best (of not The Best) war production ever. Highly recommended
the BEST show ever.
