They won’t be your friend anymore when they get fleeced by Bannatyne’s.

A good chance to get something from bannatynes for free! My local club charges 20p for a splash of milk to add to your coffee so any chance to get your own back is welcome.
Staff stole over £500 out of my locker then locked it again in glasgow club while I was in pool wouldn't risk using them if you don't want to get robbed by their staff. Also way over priced for what they offer.
Sorry Duncan, unless I can share my membership with 3 other dragons, I think this isn't a viable long term investment, for that reason i'm out.
I was a member for years at their Falkirk gym but their prices are too expensive now. I pay £10 at exercise for less where they have better equipment. Ok they don't have a sauna or pool but when I was at Bannatynes I only used that a handful of times.

I'd pay no more than £30pm but now they want over £50

Loving the Dragon's Den references here. I pay £44 a a month at my local one (Skelmersdale) but I don't mind too much as I use all the facilities and the opening hours suit my needs. I get there are cheaper gyms around but they're either a good half hour drive for me, or too crowded or both.

What's having £500 in your locker got to do with being overpriced?
Thanks!

Just came in here to see how quickly it took for someone to post the most obvious comment

Massively overpriced avoid like the plague. Joined the Manchester city centre branch in my second year of uni only to receive a call two years later from a debt collection agency saying I owed £29. This was a shock considering I cancelled my subscription and was assured it was ended. To make things even worse I was then threatened with county court action..
