Please Note: The box suggests that this model can be used up to 42" size screens, but according to the Barkan website the "Model 30P" can be used with screens up to 56 inches in size. This update/error on the box printing may be the only reason that these superb mounts were sold at a reduced price to us !

Gives a profile 42mm from wall. Supplied with manufacturers "Lifetime Warranty".
Supplied brand new in sealed retail box pack and complete with instructions and wall mounting hardware. "As Easy as 1-2-3" it says on the pack !

Doesn't mention which vesa sizes its compatible with or the maximum spacing of the screw holes. Not a lot of information to make a decision whether suitable.

I wouldn't advise it although I am sure some plasterboard *could* hold it. If it collapses and rips a huge chunk out of your wall, it will be very hard to repair. Do you have no bricked walls you can mount it to?

I am mounting mine to a new TV stand I bought at Ikea (in their 75% off sale). You might want to consider that approach?

I wouldnt risk it as any movement or vibrations the walls suffers will result in loosening of the plugs as the plaster wears. I pesonally wouldnt do it unless you can screw the stand on to wooden battons then its not bad.... but plaster....big no no for me

just in case you decide to give my advice the "Vs" here is what you can use

You can mount onto a plasterboard wall quite easily, best thing to do is find the studs. Then go and buy a nice piece of 25mm MDF and cut it to the size of your TV and place it where you can get as least one stud, preferably two with some fine threaded screws (if metal studs) (Corse screws if wood studs). some plasterboard fixings and gripfill for the not as secure area's and your in business. make sure you fix the mount through the MDF into the studs where you can to give extra strength.

In one of my rooms I went for a piece of mdf 4in bigger than my TV in all directions, painted it a different colour than the wall and beveled the sides - it makes a very nice feature depending on your tastes.
