Starting the 8th November, the assortment tub can be had for £1.20 or if you want it now, they can be bought for £2 - so depends how eager you are

Should also be same price in-store, depending on local stock levels of-course.

I really don't understand how these deals are gaining any heat or even why …I really don't understand how these deals are gaining any heat or even why they're being allowed in to the deals category in the first place. This isn't a deal it's an assumption that in 5 days time, if there are any of these sweets available, they will be reduced to that price! Very misleading and disappointing. Post at £2 as that's the current deal and you'd still get your heat.

Which is why I have put both the price in the first line of the deal itself, if you buy today you have it for £2, if stocks last and you buy from the 8th it’s £1.2. Given that it’s a deal site, in my view, I would be saying half the truth if I didn’t present the prices which they will be stock lasting in a few days time.

Clearly not obvious enough for two people to not see already! I still don’t see it clearly within your post until you expand the text

My apologies, the UI on HUKD could be defeating us - because I had added the start date as below - but after looking at the 2 comments, also added to the description to make it more clearer.

Heat!!! Very nice deal
Ah it's another halloween selloff that will no doubt be out of stock by the 8th. Not a fan of these deals tbh.
In store only or inline too?

Good find love an assortment tub.

Online these can already be ordered if you choose delivery date of 8th November or later. In-stock its always a lottery down to the local shop stocks.

Well said
Aww man I brought the offer in Morrison the other day 2 for €5
Tons of these in Morrisons at £4 each or 2 4 £5. So great deal.
Well it’s a more reasonable price, seriously not worth £4

Posted within this post!? Just coudn't fit it in the title!

Sorry mate, I clearly missed it and asked the mods to see if they wanted to delete or something - haven’t heard from them. Didn’t mean to hijack your deal in anyways
Doesn’t exist when you look for it. Adds at £4 and then says not available. Sorry. Haven’t given either heat or cold just an FYI perhaps it’s because my local doesn’t have any.

No worries, these things happen
Why do they still put Beef Geletin in sweets?

Agree should definitely be in discussion until live.

Who is to say there will be any stock left in 5 days.

Ridiculous this is live in deals.

Where does it say this on the website ??

Say what where? The screenshot in the OP with the price at £1.20 is from the Sainsbury's website only if I chose home delivery date from the 8th November onwards - if the delivery date is before the 8th the price shown is £2.

No offence, but by that logic every single forward dated deal should be in discussions - be it from any retailer, supermarket etc. The screenshot in the OP is from Sainsbury's website only and I could order at that price if the delivery date was later then 7th November, not sure what else we need for a deal to be live

If u didn’t post about the price dropping in a few days, someone would have had a problem, but you did and someone else has a problem with it, you can’t win... but I personally feel it’s a well informed post, thank you for posting.

Yep they probably should until they go live yes.

This particular deal stands out as they will be clearance stock they are going to shifting and it will be if they have stock not a 2 for £5 promotion where they will definitely have stock.

Did you order and confirm the price is £1.20
If you did then my apologies my point isn’t valid.
So would it be ok to post Argos sale 90% off Halloween

Should be live in 3 days time?

Great Deal - will speed OP - but think the HEADLINE BOLD TEXT should read; "Barratt Assortment Tub 750g - £1.20 @ Sainsbury's FROM 8TH NOVEMBER
Sometimes I am shocked that people continue to inform us of these deals when there are several who make the most cerebrally challenged comments. Ultimately they are not going to be happy unless it's bought for them, poured into their gobs and then their jaws are manipulated so they don't even have to chew. Of course they would then ask someone to complain for them.
