Be warned because you're getting this free via steam rather than a key you won't get any trading cards from playing.

You'll only get the drops though if you activate via key or pay money for free to play games with in game purchases. The game still has cards but you won't get them via idling if the game was acquired free from the steam client.

Happy to stand corrected, but historically free games generally would't drop cards without some form of "contribution" to the steam economy.

You are right regarding F2P games, but this one is free just limited time and cost £1.99 if not reduced.

There's a difference between Free as in "Free to Play" and Free as in "Did cost something, but is temporarily free". If the game lists x card drops remaining, you WILL get those cards.

I have had loads of free games on steam that drop cards. Free to Play don't drop cards unless you pay for something in-game usually or maybe buy a dlc. Every time a steam card is sold steam and the game makers take a cut of the proceeds.

Thanks

AFAIK, to upgrade your Steam account to be eligible for cards etc. you have to have spent, or credited to your Steam wallet, $5 - game keys purchased elsewhere don't count.

Had this on iPad, its too hard

I don't why people are complaining about a lack of cards. It's free and fun. Does make your eyes feel funny after playing though, might just be from lack of blinking xD.
