I'm always amazed at UKHD, this isn't based on whether anyone thinks its a good design, or is overpriced for a piece of branded sport-wear, the fact is this is cheaper than you can get it anywhere else. I thought someone might find it useful.

pah, stupid fashion designer couldn't even get the colour of the flag right. i'm still amazed that the people in charge agreed to this.

hot deals aside i love my running im a bit of a all the gear no idea !! as long as youve had your gait analysis done at your local running shop (free) if your neutral these are a great deal ive had gel nimbus since 7 and theyre brilliant new gel nimbus 12 are £79.99 in sports direct thats a bargain !! have just ran 40 miles in them this week and theyre as good as the 11's that are on there way to the recycling bin !! should change them at around 500 - 600 miles wear just done 800 in my old pair but would not recommend it sorry for waffling on but i wish you all the best with your running

I've given it some heat because these are good shoes at a reasonable price. Harmony999 is right, that you should get assessed in a proper shop to work out what support you need for your running. I made the mistake of getting some neutral shoes thinking that they wouldn't make a huge difference to my typical pronation. Wrong. 4 months off due to plantar fasciitis and there is still on going signs of weakness. However, I had been overcompensating with my hips and knees, so its been a gradual build up of problems, that I was unaware of until the underfoot injury struck. If you are going to run, then its worthwhile spending (what I certainly thought was a lot of) decent money on the correct shoes. You only get two feet, so look after them.

Cold because of the price or cold because they're not a good choice?

Every runner is different and you need the shoes which match your gait, and relate to whether you pronate or suppinate. Best to go to a specialist running shop and get assessed as it will not only mean you get the right shoes but also avoid injury.
