There's nothing like some chicken soup and baguette on a cold wintery da..hold on, it's nearly April! Go home nature, you're drunk.

Oh no, how did I miss this deal as i was in Asda this morning. Never mind! The last time i needed these my hubby bought these 3 for £2 in Sainsburys. Good price OP! Voted hot.

They were second shelf up from the bottom in my Asda. Campbells were eye level at full price! I'm sure they used to be 50p each all the time.

I think I made a mistake, as we always buy the Campbell's soup. This one is Batchelors, don't think I've tried this one.
Will look out next time I'm in Asda. Thanks OP.

I always use them for sauces rather than soup so can't say how they compare if you don't mess with them. They certainly look similar.

Well the cream of chicken soup tastes as good as the Campbell's version, but isn't as lumpy so it's quicker to cook.

great spot, the chicken and white wine soup is very good. will get deal. thx op have some heat.

This is the original condensed soup, they lost the rights to the Campbell soup name. The new Campbell soup is different.

Love these, fry up a cubed chicken breast with a stock cube, add onion leek and mushrooms, then boil some veg, carrots, broc etc chuck it all together with some cooked pasta, nom nom!

New Campbells is disgusting. Thanks for the heads up that Batchelors is the old Campbells. I loved that for decades before they started messing about with it.

If ya feeling especially extravagant, once you've mixed it all together chuck it in an oven dish, top with cheese and pop it it in the oven for 20 mins

What has happened to the Bachelors condensed cream of celery and cream of asparagus soups? I have just run out and can't find it anywhere. It was essential for my 60's "Chicken a la King". ( Chicken with rice). Any one know where to find it?

I'm probably the only person who's going to see this comment after nearly three years! However, don't the Co-op do them? Not sure about those specific flavours but Bachelors rather than Campbells anyway.
