I ordered this from them a few weeks ago and I am disappointed that it still hasn't arrived despite it being released yesterday.

Yeah same thing, I'm not even sure if it will come today! The postman still yet to come. This will probably be the last time I'll buy something from thehut.

Should be the Blu Ray version of the films really. Seems daft being DVDs.

You can still get the bluray with the PC version

Guess I was one of the lucky ones - mine (with the blu-rays) turned up on Thursday. It's a great deal and a great game, worth holding on for your 'pre-orders' if you can.

Paul.

Got this couple weeks ago, arrived yesterday. Great game !

will wait a month or two till its around the £17.99 mark

mine yet to arrive

Old Batman game is still fetching £15 or so on ebay so doubt this will drop that quick.

I received mine yesterday with my blurays for £34 (game works out at £24 as I intended to buy blurays for £10 anyway)!

Good deal, but real shame that it isn't the TDK blu-ray. Especially as it's PS3.

old one is &12 in gamestation in the two for £20 or £12 ech deal

terrible delivery service.
i used a next day delivery and it was 4 days till i got the despatch email. 6 days later its still not here

mine arrived on Friday thankfully (tho wasnt at home so had to pick it up from the post depot).

Was a bit gutted to hear that others from different suppliers had got it earlier in the week, but still happy with the result

This game is amazing. Not just the gameplay the graphics are easily the best I have ever seen on a console.

When you consider you can pick up a 360 for a hundred quid it really is amazing what they are producing on them now.

I ordered the controller deal a few weeks back and the product took 11 working days to arrive. Didn't really matter due to it just being a controller but it was slow nonetheless.

I ordered the blu-ray bundle for PS3 about a week ago using the free delivery service. It was dispatched on the 20th according to their website and arrived yesterday, but no one was in when the postie arrived. Picked it up from the local RM depot this morning

They did come on blu ray but they sold out..... not really a fail on there part, oh and a blu ray player is also a dvd player so its still a good deal,

I was suprised when it arrived on release day, I was expecting a delay. i got an email on thursday saying they had been sent and they arrived in the Friday post, good deal. If they know they cant meet the pre orders they should stop accepting them, it seems like a lottery as to wether you will get your order on time or not!

I wodner if my battlefield 3 pre order from Zavvi will arrive on time....hmmmmmmmmmm

Mine arrived in one package. The postie could've gotten it through the letterbox if he'd have actually tried, as I tried it when I got home to see if it would have fit

Ok, thanks. I'm waiting for mine, and wanted to know if he will come in a package or two. Thanks again!

Yup one package !

I have just discovered this too

Possibly a good game, but I advise buying it second hand just to **** off the publisher for being a bunch of greedy b*stards

This deal has already been posted and is currently still in the top 10 if using the filter set to 'month'

Does the code still work? Thanks.

UPDATE: XMAS10 code doesn't work.

Same, I ordered a Month AGO

I received mine today (I did pre-order it quite late, so I'm not that fussed at it taking a week to arrive).

What I am fussed about however, is the fact that it is clearly advertised as the Xbox 360 version of Batman: Arkham City and a Blu-Ray bundle of Batman Begins and The Dark Knight.

When I finally cracked open the envelope, it turns out they've sent me a DVD bundle. So I phoned their helpline and explained this. Apparently, if I want the Blu-Ray bundle, I don't just have to return the DVD bundle, but the game as well, along with a covering letter.

This means having to post the whole lot back (at my expense initially), by recorded delivery (so they can't claim it never arrived), wait for someone to read the covering letter, find the correct bundle (if there are any left), and post it back to me (assuming they pick the right game). All of this will probably mean I have to wait a further two weeks before I can play the game I 'pre-ordered'. By which time, it'll probably be £19.99 or less in the high street games shops...

What an epic fail of a company. I think I'm going to phone them back and have a moan. I've never heard of anything so ridiculous. I certainly won't be using this bunch of jokers (hmm...Batman-related) again.

UPDATE

I've sat and stewed on this for a few minutes and decided to call back and speak to a supervisor. Apparently, all of the above is correct and I do have to send the whole lot back again. However, if I get proof of postage, scan it and email it to the supervisor, she will arrange for the correct items to be sent out there and then by next day delivery or my order will be refunded if I choose that route. An improvement on my previous conversation, but still a wholly ridiculous system in my view. I'd be interested to learn whether other online retailers (like Amazon or Play.com) insist on the whole order being returned if they send you the wrong item in an order consisting of several items.

Anyway, the call concluded with the supervisor audibly nearly having an anuerism in her haste to get me off the phone. Hardly the epitome of good customer service and the cause of my decision not to use thehut.com in future. Very poor.

Was planning to vote hot on receipt of the correct goods, but voted cold as a result of the above. Sorry OP - on the face of things, a good deal, but my experiences this evening have soured my perception of the deal.
