Pretty decent value, IMO if you have not played these before. This includes the trilogy of Batman series as well as all the post-launch DLCs and a steelbook on top.

Third was good, but then I'm a complete Batman nerd. Only problem I had with it was the Batmobile battles. To me they felt 'forced in' and I found them tedious to the point of dreading them. If you liked the first two, you'll have no problems with the third, it's still a great game IMO.

Button spamming ahoy!
Anyone played the last game in the trilogy? I've played and love the first two, but the third didn't do so well (IRC)

It's on Game Pass so will play it soon, just wondering about people's opinions.

I really enjoyed it on release.. just be aware that there's a lot of gameplay in the Batmobile, I think that's what put most people off the game as it can be a bit repetitive, beside that the gameplay is great, and the story is awesome too
Last one is great but yea, the batmobile missions got really tedious. Amazing trilogy though
So does this contain ALL the dlc from Arkham Knight? I’ve got the Arkham collection still sealed, but I might sell that and grab this instead if everything is on one/two discs.
The developers confirmed on Twitter that Knight will be a download code and is not on the disc.

Really didn't like Knight at all.
The Batmobile, as annoying as it was is the least of the game's problems.

Also, why do people keep calling this a trilogy and Knight the third game when there are four main games in the Arkham series and Knight was the fourth?
I'll happily buy the Arkham collection when they include Origins. Far better than Knight, yet they keep excluding it from these collections.

It's probably because Origins wasn't developed by Rocksteady. I had forgotten about that, need to see if it's one that I've bought
So is this a 2-Disc set?

I'm guessing Asylum & City will be on 1 disc but I'm more interested in the situation with Knight - the DLC adds up to nearly 90gb... so how is that going to be contained within a disc? I'd welcome a separate disc for the DLC like Shadow of War did but I know it is unlikely.

I've looked at their twitter and twitter responses and I can't see anything about this? Do you have link to prove?

Apparently, Arkham Knight will be a download code to redeem on the PS Store or Microsoft Store.

Arkham trilogy. Same makers. The (third) game was not an arkham game.
Is this not the same as on the xbox store that was 20 just over a month ago. It was called the same and came with all dlcs etc.
Arkham Asylum and City as a bundle are heavily discounted on the US PSN sale right now

It's good, the story ends on a high and the graphics are as beautiful as ever.

The problem comes with is I think the devs loved the batmobile a bit too much because it is definitely overused, it is a nice mechanic and devs are talented but I preferred the close quarter stuff the most with the series, that's why Asylum is my favorite.
All I remember of Origins was a weird boss battle in an abandoned swimming pool and it literally seemed to have a game breaking bug. Not the best impression and to be honest, left me not at all bothered that they never include it in anything. I think WB are as keen to forget it as I am....

Compared with the driving sections in Batman Returns for the SNES, I found them tedious too.
A nice price for this.
But a real shame it's a dubious offering if you already have the games.

All games on disc, fully patched, with DLC on disc, would have been an amazing package to keep for posterity.

Same, never finished as mine bugged at about 60%, never re-played as WB announced they would continue developing content but weren't going to fix known issues.

Same, I loved the first two but didn;t like Knight at all (preferred Origins). First two are two of the best games of last gen so well worth playing if you haven't
The digital PSN version of this was on sale for £15.99 just this month. Not sure why everyone so excited about it being released on disc at £40? Is it all about that Steelbook or something?

No, it’s about owning said games forever and not having to worry about them being removed from PSN. I’d love to have seen the likes of PT & Scott Pilgrim vs The World get a physical release, at least then we’d have a means to play them now!
The big question is will Arkham knight be getting a X/pro patch?
