Reduced to £9.95 ? (horror)

I didn't know what the Ah was, so thanks for the info. I think the extra 15% will be preferred as many men and women would prefer a little bit more whenever they can get it.

Panasonic Eneloop 4 Pack AA HR6 1900mAh Rechargeable Batteries £8.19 (Delivery Included) @ 7dayshop£8.19
Cheaper than Maplin (currently £14.99). They sell Eneloop Pro AA HR6 2500mAh (4 Packs) for £13.25 (Maplin £19.99).

Apparently Ikea's LADDA batteries are re-branded Eneloop's acoording to forum chatter (they're all made in Japan) Their 2450mah batteries are only £5.50 per 4 pack and their 1000mah batteries are only £2.75 per 4 pack.

Are the Fujitsu batteries the same as Eneloop ones? From what I can tell, When Sanyo were bought by Panasonic, due to anti-competitive laws, the Factory that made them Eneloop batteries were sold to Fujitsu...They are slightly cheaper so if they are the same batteries then Fujitsu's seem to be the better option.

Good spot, Musicinme_pro but I would second Nanuek's comment. While these batteries last for up to 2100 charges they're nearly 3 times the price of Lidl's up to 1000 charges so still a little more expensive. Even more so when you factor in the 1900mAh and 2300mAh difference as well.

sorry for late reply as for your question, this is what my research pointed towards. Eneloop are the best batteries, amazon basics are eneloops but rebranded and like half the price I got the charger that I linked to in this thread and these amazon basic batteries https://www.amazon.co.uk/AmazonBasics-Capacity-Pre-Charged-Rechargeable-Batteries/dp/B00HZV9WTM/ref=sr_1_1?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1475184513&sr=1-1&keywords=amazon+basics+batteries I have not tested them and they were a gift to a girl mate. I recommend you get the amazon basics for batteries and yes this charger is the best but only if you want a simple charger really. Since I wanted to get her a simple charger, plug and play I got her this. But if I was going to buy for me I would get something like this https://www.aliexpress.com/item/Liitokala-Lii-500-NiMH-Battery-Charger-3-7V-18650-18350-18500-17500-10440-26650-1-2V/32658999890.html?spm=2114.01010208.3.37.ZHCIxN&ws_ab_test=searchweb201556_10,searchweb201602_5_10057_10056_10065_10068_10055_10054_10069_10059_10058_418_10073_10017_10071_10070_10060_10061_10052_10062_10053_10050_10051,searchweb201603_6&btsid=25803f59-95ef-45a0-b17b-df1f62103173 thats if your comfortable with shopping in China. The one in china one is 10 times better than the panasonic and cheaper, it does so much more but can still do the basics. also it takes any battery shapes and stuff. check the reviews, alot alot cheaer to. You could ask the seller if he can supply a uk adapter, if not they cost a pound from poundland. expect to wait between 2 weeks to 4. seems like a good seller so I would expect 2-3 weeks. The panasonic one is no where near that as a charger and I cant find any good price for it right now. let me know what you go for

killabyte

So the Panasonic brand is the one I need? Also which charger? I've got old Panasonic Rechargeable batteries not eneloop, would the new charger charge both old and new batteries?

I got the order, just as the seller described It had a 3 pin plug, the exact same model as this http://uk.rs-online.com/web/p/battery-chargers-aaa-aa-c-d-9-volt/8124441/ very compact and all in all I'm very pleased

If I wasn't buying for my friend and I had quidco (Assuming if the deal is still on) I would get this instead (I'm the OP) https://www.hotukdeals.com/deals/7dayshop-multi-mode-lcd-display-intelligent-ni-mh-battery-charger-for-aa-aaa-batteries-2488323 for batteries everyone is raving about eneloop https://www.amazon.co.uk/Panasonic-eneloop-BK-3MCCE-Batteries%C2%A0-%C2%A0Ni-Mh-Battery/dp/B00JZBX8DQ/ref=sr_1_1?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1470221589&sr=1-1&keywords=eneloop also from that webpage a reviewer said this **A few chargers worth looking at** Maha MH-C9000 (very advanced high end charger) Powerex MH-C9000 Technoline BL-700 or BC1000 Foxnovo F-4S The official Panasonic charger is: BQ CC16 this is an intelligent charger with individual monitoring and charging of cells, I don't recommend the basic BQ CC18 it works fine but it is timer control only. A decent budget 8 cell intelligent charger is the KooPower 8 Bay smart charger (this seems to be available in a few brand names same design though) Some of the top end chargers have multiple charging speeds and testing capabilities as well as discharge/re-fresh cycles. If you don't need these features then just go for a normal smart charger it's worth the small additional cost. and check out amaz
