I've borrowed one a couple of times. Once to dig a a hole in my garden (hard packed clay and rubble so impossible with hand tools) and again to dig out a concrete fence-post base, worked perfectly for those jobs. The fore-grip is a bit of a weak link and works loose and you do get some arm fatigue after a while from the kick-back (I'm not sure if more expensive units are better damped). But for garden level work it is great. Tempted to get one at this price so I don't keep having to borrow one.

Similar story here - borrowed to break up a block built carp pond; did a great job

Aldi have one a similar price - aldi one seems a bit beefier (more power and weight) and a three year warranty. You might even say "its their latest blockbuster featuring Jack Hammer" ..............I'll get my coat

It would seem the Aldi one has more power at 60J impact force whereas the posted one has 50J

Is this any good does anyone know? I see Screwfix have one at this price as well?
