It's still early, it says it in the bullet points...

  • Includes Bayonetta 2 on a Nintendo Switch game card, a download code for Bayonetta
  • Wield stylish moves and deadly weapons-like a poison bow and flamethrowers
  • Team up with other players in the 2-player Tag Climax co-op mode via local wireless or online (additional accessories required
  • sold separately)
  • Compatible with the Nintendo Switch only

and the product description...

Box Contains

1 x game Bayonetta 2 game cartridge + 1 x download code for Bayonetta

Was about to list this up. Have some heat!

Might pay to put £40 Non-Prime in the Title, as its not a Prime Exclusive but Prime members do get £2 extra off.

Dooooooooooo.... I need this? 10 hours into Xenoblade.... can't disrupt my flow!

If your out of games though I'd say go for it!
£40 on the eshop for the digital version, and that only comes with a "discount" on the original game (which costs £25).

Unless the discount is 100%, this is the way to get it cheapest

Does anyone know what the discount actually is? The eshop is fairly secretive about it
--- edit. found a post on a forum that the deal is you purchase Bayonetta 1 for £25, and get Bayonetta 2 for £25 as well - making it £50 in total for the two, both digitally.

Not bad but can't beat this.

2 Games
Never got around to playing these , sort of worried how games like this will play on switch with the frame rate and how well the joy cons will work something fast paced
Got a mate who works for tesco to pre order. £36.

Nintendo don't have a monopoly on remastered games
It's quite common for previous gen games to get remade on newer consoles, you must have been living under a rock for a while.

look, I have no problem whatsoever with remastered games, and certainly no problem with Nintendo doing this, it’s great business for them. I’m just observing how everyone is treating this deal at £38 as a bargain - that’s a compliment to Nintendo not a criticism
£19 each for two decent games remastered seems like a pretty good deal to me, whether it's Nintendo or not.

I think bayonetta 1 is just a port and bayonetta 2 has better frame rate with full RGB. But I agree £19 each is a good price.
Bayonetta portable yes please

Buying one gives you a £15 discount on the other if buying from the eShop, so either £25 and £25 or £40 and £10 depending on which way you do it/look at it.
