I'm calling false advertising - smokeless is the name and then in the description it says "produces 85% less smoke than traditional charcoal barbecues." So the smokeless BBQ actually produces 15% smoke 🤪

But what you are seeing is steam not smoke.
The fat in these things are supposed not to hit the coals and just drop to the bottom unaffected. What you see is mainly steam from the item and where the burger has burnt on the top (which any utensil will do if you burn it). In theory, I guess it is smokeless.

Thought the whole point of a bbq was to get that Smokey flavour in your food :/

Plenty of people use gas BBQs

have had i similar one for many years but only used it three or four times, they do the job and are pretty safe but need a melting dome

Not voting either way, but a Weber Go-Anywhere Charcoal Barbecue is similarly priced and will last far longer than the B&Co.

But that does not appear to be smokeless. The video I saw for that was very smokey. This one should produce less but have not been able to track down any independent video reviews that actually show it working.

Sorted Food reviewed an entirely different "smokeless" BBQ a few years ago and it was certainly not smokeless.

Perhaps good for a balcony, but not indoors!

Why would you use it indoors? It's got 'Alfresco' in the name for a start. If you want to cook indoors, use your oven

I see smoke in the pictures, don't believe the lies.

    Arrived yesterday:

Is it smokeless: No there was quite a bit of smoke whilst the lighter gel burnt off but after that there was a little smoke whilst cooking
Is it ready to go in 5 minutes: Absolutely, this is a big plus from me
Does the food taste barbecued: Yes there was enough smoke to give it a good flavour

All in all I’m really impressed with this and it is perfect for small batches with no waiting around.
