Guys

not sure if HD UK is the best place to tell you but you can get rid of your asthma for life as I did. I used to be a 20 puffs a day + drugs and nebulisers etc. Now I use a puff Ventolin only once in a blue moon or when i have a major cold/flu.

I got rid of my asthma using Butyeko. In 2000 I attended a weekend course. It cost 300ukp at that time (but money well spent) as I learnt to control my breathing and increase my co2 levels. I know that sound crazy but you will understnad if you do the course that co2 is a broncodilator (ie natural ventolin).

Look up butyeko e.g. ]http//ne…?ls
BTW rememeber most doctors/researchers have not heard of it and are " paid" by the pharma companies to keep prescribing

Keep smiling:giggle:

Thanks drpete7 It might be useful if you could post that in Miscellaneous as a post of its own. Great you're better from your asthma too :santa:

This Chick's Dad has just been diagnosed as an Asthmatic so am sure this will come in useful.

Thanks.

Thanks for the heads up Joggerspark

drpete7 :- I am 100% positive about the controlled breathing exercises which are more aptly done through Yoga. Pestered by my mom, I reluctantly attended a Yoga course. I was totally surprised to see my asthma symptoms dying out in two weeks time and was free from drugs within a month. Yoga course was laborious lasting about an hour in both mor & eve. Couldn’t find time since I moved to London and eventually asthma returned. Still, not so bad....

BUMP

Still working and I think pretty important.
