Hot, now to get an SSD.

Hot - Thanks for that shadow1.
Ordered a couple of USB drives .

free transport?

**** out of stock of the ram I was interested in, pretty sure it's free delivery

Yep hotdeal. I saw this in my inbox and ordered some Kingston memory sticks, 4GB 800MHz DDR2 and a 16GB Kingston SD card. I then saw this. I have been waiting for a good price on branded memory.

Taff

64GB SSD £80. Tempting!

Thanks OP, handy for christmas

Only thing is Ssd isn't the quick read/write. I know there's other plusses for using ssd but speed is quite important for me.

I would shop around and spend a few more bob on an SSD such as OCZ 60GB Vertex 2E , much better performance. The price is good, but these kingston ones are getting old.

Hmmm, even with the voucher, memory for my Mac is £10 cheaper on Crucial....

maybe able to get quidco as well, take it prices listed are with discount as put code into gift voucher setion and nothing changes....seems inflated prices to compensate???

could be useful if prices weren't hiked before the discount

Lets not get overexcited. Eleven more days of offers to go...don't go blowing your wad in one go.

could be useful if prices weren't hiked before the discount

Second that, it's obvious to see even though I wasn't looking beforehand - comparing similar product prices to after the 20% discount is removed.

Hot to the poster for spotting it, but COLD to MyMemory for the marketing con - I'll not be buying.

Don't think theres any particularly good deals on there. The SSD for £80 is OK but you can get the Vertex 2E for a few quid more on ebuyer which is blatantly a better buy. RAM is cheaper elsewhere also...

+1

Well I've just spent 20 mins trying to add something to my basket.

Given up now!

2gb pc6400 240pin for £30 @ cheapest that makes it £24 which is still expensive.

Cold for me.

Where do I input 20% code?

Thanks

Doh! Sorted.

Ah! I need some 1GB PC3200 184 Pin DDR (400MHz) memory sticks. Preferably 4x. Where's the best place to get them cheap?
