Even the HD201s are better than this crap!

It is a good deal for those that want Beats, the problem is that Beats are not well thought of having been sold as a brand image at a cost where the sound quality didn't really match up to it. They seem to be optimised for hip hop and modern R&B and are too bass heavy for real music.

But that's not what HUKD is all about, if you want these headphones then this is a good deal so wrong to be negative about it.

You'll need luck, and a lot of it to prevent it going ice cold. Beats headphones have never provided value for money, they are a tool for extracting money from followers of fashion. A pair of headphones of this quality should be retailing at around £15.

Ah ok, I'm not bothered about the deal getting voted cold, I just put it up to share after looking for them for a relative of mine who insists on the beats ones lol, someone might be looking for these & this is the cheapest I've seen them around.

Cheaper on the shopto site. With just under £4 reward points.

Sennheiser, AKG, Shure, or the MDR 55.

Please stop giving in to your children and funding this crap, the knockoff ones you see at a market are probably the exact same spec or if not greater than these.

Wow its got a nice shiny colour, its bass is loud. Beats use awful cables that break, they have poor range, its all about that bass no treble applies hear, and drop them on the floor the headband snaps rendering them useless.

With this series of products you DONT get what you pay for!

This model does actually sound pretty good. I bet most of the people who disagree haven'y heard them or they wear an anorak. Yes the cheaper versions are crap. These are still expensive for what they are but if your kids want Beats then this is the cheapest I've seen the Studio MK2's, isn't that what this site is all about!
As for sheep a lot of the cold voters on here are exactly that! Why spend time looking at things you have no interest in, get a life!

To attempt to educate....as per the post above yours

Unfortunately good advice usually falls on deaf ears.....no doubt hard of hearing from subjecting their ears to stupidly exaggerated bass frequencies

You shouldn't assume someone is deaf when they aren't listening to you. Maybe they don't like the track you are playing.

Most people who comment on Beats have NEVER heard them / used them. Nothing like headphones and audio equipment to bring out the audiophile snobbery. It's no different than iPhone vs Android brand rivalry I read everyday.

Yes, a lot of the early Beats gear was crappy but the new stuff is pretty damn good if your willing to pay. Yes your opinion maybe that can get better or comparable headphones for this price or less but if you want these headphones then you pay the price.

Beats studio wireless v2 are awesome for me and the genres of music I listen to and they are are damn sight more convenient to use and so much more portable than my Beyerdynamic DT770s which are also awesome.

I get some people don't think they sound good, I get that a lot of people think they cost too much but so what. This deal is a lot less the rrp and worth posting in a deal site for people who would want to buy this product. Go people, post your own headphone deals for the brands you support, maybe you might help someone rather than just trash others deals your not interested in.

I have the ue6000's. Pretty much on par to be honest. You are dreaming if you think they are 1000x better, you must be thinking of the cheaper beats. Tbh i dont like the hiss that comes when you turn on the fake noise cancelling on the ue6000's but they are vood value at around £55 new.

It's a lot different from the Android vs iPjone silliness. Beats are optimised for a particular genre of music, the one associated with the company founder, and consequently when they are tried by someone with different musical taste to listen to other genres they sound completely wrong.
A retailer near me has several different ones for demo and when you listen to a good pair of headphones straight after a Beats pair, the difference is quite obvious. The ones in this deal are available in that shop.

Choice of headphones is quite subjective, as the response available from our ears varies from person to person. Listening to my kind of music on any kind of Beats headphones always sounds substandard to me. But I'm not 16 anymore, so if I was a kid with young ears who was into hip hop then I might like these. Howerver I am a bit older and have a few years of going to very loud gigs which has affected my hearing, so Beats just don't do it. Same for a lot of people, they try Beats, they sound terrible so their products get their reputation for being rubbish.

Arrived today and USA imports so no UK plug
