Impartial review below from a well know UK review site:

TESTED 15 NOVEMBER 2016
The Beats Solo 3 Wireless on-ear headphones are designed to give you high-quality audio with no cables. With a claimed battery life of 40 hours, they shouldn't leave you tuneless in the middle of a long day either. But does the reality live up to the marketing hype and, more importantly, how do they sound? We sent them to our lab to find out.

PROS Nice to listen to, huge battery life
CONS A little bit bass heavy, leak sound

The Beats Solo 3 Wireless headphones are an impressive, versatile pair. Their excellent battery life means you'll worry less about keeping them charged, and they produce a smooth and entertaining sound so you'll enjoy listening to all your music, whether it's The Beatles or Bruno Mars.

What are they?
Bluetooth wireless headphones that sit on your ears without fully enclosing them. They have Apple-designed innards, which allow you to connect to multiple Apple products (think iPhone, Apple Watch, iPad and Mac) at once. At 40 hours, the claimed battery life is huge, and if you're running low, a five-minute go on the charger will give you three hours of playtime.

How do they sound?
Decent. Our expert listeners praised the high levels of detail in music and, unlike many poorer headphones, this detail doesn't come at the expense of bass. In fact, there was a touch too much bass for some in our panel, who called it 'thunderous' and 'boomy'. However, the general consensus was that these headphones are pleasant to listen to.

What are they like to live with?
They're fairly hefty for a pair of on-ear headphones, but our panel found them nice and comfortable to wear. The weight only adds to their premium feel, and it may be down to the large batteries inside. Our tests confirmed that they last for an impressive 42 hours of playtime.

Is there anything I should watch out for?
We tested the amount of sound that leaks from these headphones during use and found that it's quite a lot compared with other models. This is often a disadvantage of on-ear headphones, as they are much louder than in-ear pairs and don't seal in the sound around your ears like over-ear ones.

Should I buy them?
Yes. They're not cheap, but these are a solid pair of wireless headphones.

Yes but if you read the reviews the negatives are focused on phones or for the fact that people didn't check where items are shipped from (which is China). The website does inform you of where they ship from. Believe me, I considered my options when purchasing my camera lens and took the chance, which paid off. The only hiccup I had was with the UK based courier, DPD. I've purchased a camera lens from eglobal UK which turned up on time and is a genuine product. In fact, some of my best photos have been taken with the very lens bought from eglobal. Besides, you're payment is protected by PayPal so there's no need to worry.

I ordered a pair from eglobal eBay last Wednesday and still haven't received them - the whole things been a complete nightmare, they say they've sent it out and DPD say they haven't received it. Just bought these now instead and have told them to not bother with theirs. Not sure if I just had a bad case but I definitely won't be using them again
