Welcome to the Boots Volunteer System
Boots carries out studies and in-use tests on healthy volunteers to ensure our cosmetics, toiletries and skincare products meet the required standards before they go on the shelves in store. All our studies are co-ordinated through our purpose built Product Evaluation Suite.
Home user studies involve using products at home and completing a questionnaire about the product.
Controlled user studies involve volunteers visiting the Evaluation Suite. This could be a one off visit for example a focus group or several visits over several months for example an anti-wrinkle study.
Want to Help Boots?
Want to participate in testing new toiletries, skincare and cosmetic products? Living in the UK? Aged 18 or over? If you have answered Yes to all these questions:
Fill in the form and they send you another to sign and return so you can start testing there stuff

ooh it'd be like that documentary where the people were the guinea pigs and they turned into the elephant man:w00t:
there are company that pay testers £100's for such research.
nah, u have to use the tub to send you eyeball's in for testing.
lol x x
moi aussi!!!!! letter of acceptance then nothing, waste of time:x:x:x
Dont suppose u have any details??
WHY WOULD YOU DO THIS???
Are you really that cheap that you want a small sample of a product, any product, to use on yourself? Why risk your health, even if its not in a big way, just to get something you have been tricked into thinking is free? Its not free, your labour is being used so really you are paying for the privilege. If you spend an hour answering questions when you could be working for a wage even at minumum wage you lose £5.73. These massive companies dont need to do this but when there are people easy enough to trick into this why should they pay you for this when you give it away for free.
This is the complete opposite of a freebie.
I was a member but asked Boots to remove my details from their list after months of excuses and apologies about their broken site. It's worth a try but don't get your hopes up, Litmus Test and Cosmetic Research Online seem much more organised and professional.
PS Litmus Test pay you a small amount in Boots vouchers when you participate in a trial.
if u havent been selected it may be that you have not met their criteria of who they are looking for yet to test a certain product.
it doesnt cost anything and you can choose if you want to test the stuff when it arrives...
so, nothing lost for having a nose..
