Just for noting that these contain 100
metered sprays so take that into account when looking at the price.

the irony is that this stuff smells like pollen. What sort of sadistic person makes hayfever relief smell like pollen?

I fully understand as I also suffered with hayfever for many years.

Unfortunately it is very difficult to control once you've reached the stage where your nasal passages are already inflamed.

You need to allow your nose time to settle down and the best time is overnight but it is not possible if there is pollen in your bedroom.

You would need an air purifier that is able to filter out pollen. Change all your bed sheets and turn on the air purifier in your bedroom (with the door closed) for a few hours before you go to bed.

This way there would be no pollen to irritate your nose while you sleep and it will give it time to heal. Unfortunately you would have to sleep in your bedroom with all windows and doors closed to prevent pollen coming in. It may be a good idea to also give your nose a few sprays of the nasal spray before you go to bed too. Use a few more sprays the first thing when you wake up.

Your nose would be less irritated in a few days as during the day it should now never reach the stage where it is inflamed enough to run. Previously, once it started running then it always gets even more irritated due to having to use tissues and blowing your nose.

Hope it helps.
