Bedding plants mega reductions £6 tray to £1 - B&Q

Found 17th Jun 2013
Mega reductions at B&Q instore on bedding plants, trays of 6, 8, 12, geraniums, lobelia, begonias, petunias etc, etc, all in good nick and healthy, obviously watered and well filled out not tiny plugs.

Cashier says is national B&Q policy to discount early on now hence the good range we saw at Gainsborough store.

Our bootful shown was a tad over £20 for £70 - £80 worth.

Worth a look if you're late with the baskets this year like us

Could you not do the decent thing of at least creating a photobucket account and uploading it to there, I think a lot of us are keen to see "the big picture"

I'm not creating anything, take it for what it is, if you want some summery sweet smelling hanging baskets on the cheap AND you believe the frost has gone AND you're passing a conveniently close Bend and Quiver take a look, otherwise I'm NOT spending any more time pandering to pedantic whims to accompany their cold vote, take it away sunshine, in the words of popeye ' I is what I is'..........

"do the the decent thing"? Really?

You seem to be insinuating the OP has some kind of obligation to do this. You can REQUEST the OP to post a larger pic, whether he chooses to accept or decline - but he has no obligation to accept.

Bugs me when people seem to take posted deals for granted, and think they're somehow entitled to the poster fulfilling their every wish. And yes, I too think a larger pic would benefit the post in general - but respect the OP's position.

BTW thanks OP, will have to look in my local.

What is the capacity of the boot on your 5 series BMW? And is it the newer model 8-)

Does it really matter? The fact is the sheer volume he's got for that price.. Who cares what size his boot is? Jeez......

Get a grip, read it again and am I being serious? Really? REALLY?? (_;)

much cheaper and fun growing your own. I grew over 200 bedding plants for under 15 quid this year.

Dont care about the offer - want to see the picture of the car boot though

surely the surface area is more important? Stacking bedding plants on top of each other is asking for trouble.

Neither. oO

Just a true HUKDer who would like to see a bigger picture of a plant stash in a car boot.

Thanks OP, they had very few bedding plants at Manchester Fort, but had quite a few perrenials and other plants reduced to 10p - £2. All of these cost me a pricey sum of £16! No idea what half of them are, but they looked quite healthy, just need some TLC.

Looks like it's tongue has dropped out onto the leaf below ...................X)

Note to all, PLEASE don't leave your pet unattended in a car on hot days, if you have to, leave a window open and a bowl of water for them drink - this information was brought to you by the unofficial dog health and safety council - sponsored by B&Q discounted flowers. Look at the consequences in the picture earlier and advised by gazw
