Thank you very much! been wanting one of these for months! been using the coffee table as desk since i moved in to house ^^

could get a lot of attention if you put this deal on LifeHacker.com?

Can you keep a rabbit in this?

Unless you have a small keyboard looks like the mouse will be above wrist height and not comfy to use.

I bought one of these for £15 many many months ago and youre right. The mouse does have to be located on the main desk area while the keyboard sits underneath it on a retractable shelf. None the less, for the price I am extremely happy with it as its compact and neat. Also, it just fits my 22inch widescreen monitor nicely. If you have anything bigger then you may need to pull the desk out a bit from the wall. Also, its not designed for CRTs as the monitor shelf is set too far back. That said, I did use it with one for a while and just had to pull the desk out further than I ideally would have liked.

Heat and rep from me!

PS regarding the mouse issue, it wouldnt be too much effort (although does add to the cost) to make your own mouse shelf that would slide sideways into the keyboard shelf.

Had this for ages, it fits superbly into the corner its just the right size for everything you need, well except a printer but I would recomend it tho.

I place my tower on its side (like a desktop style PC) and place the printer on top!

Slightly stupid question but it's best to ask regardless, do you think that I would be able to use a 22-inch LCD monitor with this? If I had to pull it out from the wall for the screen to fit, would it be too much to bother?

HOT!!! Just reserved one online. Thanks OP!

I have a really big desk in the corner of my kitchen that I want to get rid of. This will be ideal for the same corner but will take up much less space. Reserved!

Looks like it will fit a 22 inch monitor just fine.

You could pull it away from the wall but then it'd look really silly.Unfortunately you'd have so spend a little more on something like this: http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Product/partNumber/6179791/Trail/searchtext%3ECORNER+DESK.htm. More cash but you'd be infinitely more comfortable. Unless you have legs like a 3 year old you find you have to sit in a strange upright position or slot your legs in the tiny gap with the small corner desks!

Mamboboy's assertion is incorrect. There are no stupid questions here but I did state in my previous post that it fits my 22 inch widescreen monitor PERFECTLY but aything bigger and you would have to pull the desk out. As it is, the edges of the monitor are about 1cm from the wall either side.

Nice hot deal but no room for the printer so no good for me

Could you place the tower sideways and place your printer on top. Mine fits ok this way but i have a standard printer, not a multifunction one.

Hi, I knpw this states that it accomodates a tower 45cms depth, but wondered if someone who has it would be able to tell me if that is the definite maximum, my tower is 48 deep, then has the cables etc I wondered if it has a downwood support right there behind the tower or would the tower just be able to hang over the back into the corner?

Thanks

Ah, seems as if I'm blind, didn't see chandlerweb talk about his 22" monitor. Thanks! +rep

Im not sure what size my tower is, its an oldish one so quite big and that just hangs over the back corner, so think you would be fine.

thanks, our tower just seems so massive! DH says it has to be like that or it would over heat, rubbish I think! LOL
I just tried my local & they dont have any so will have to try further afield once weather improves, and hope I can get one. Thanks for your help

I have 2 of these and would definately recommend them - especially at this price! :-D

I too have the same issue with the tower depth size being more than 45cm, mine is nearer 60cm with the allowance for the wires at the back so think i will have to give this one a miss. It did look ideal for a while until i measured my tower.

have reserved one for today but cant get there due to the weather

is there any way of them holding it back another day'?

cheers if not when would it be put back on the site as being available at that store (last one)

thanks

have managed to get it reserved for tommorow to!
