Comedy-drama series about three twenty-something housemates trying to live normal lives, despite struggling with unusual afflictions - one is a werewolf, one is a vampire and the other is a ghost. They face a human threat in the form of the mysterious Professor Jaggat and the cold-hearted Kemp. Jaggat and Kemp are fundamentalist Christians who have discovered the existence of vampires, werewolves and ghosts - and are determined to destroy them or carry out brutal experiments upon them. They believe that vampires are the Devil incarnate and must be destroyed; that werewolves contain an evil gene that can be removed by violent scientific experiments; and that ghosts must be forced over to the other side whether they like it or not.

andywedge, seriously stop encouraging me to spend money ;). Just watching series 3 now and I really like this show a lot. This is a fab price for a blu-ray set as well.

Tried the code the first time, no joy.
Closed IE and went through quidco - code works fine now.

I've not watched this, but have started on the American version which is excellent.
Can anyone who has seen both say how they compare?

I watched the US version, and it's awful. A poor clone of the UK version (and everyone who has seen both has agreed on forums I've visited, including a few Americans).
Was hoping they'd just loosely base it on our version, but instead tried to make it almost the same, except with terrible actors and scripting.

Amazing how SyFy have the cheek to cancel decent series then give us that crap.

Do yourself a favour and stop watching the US version and watch this instead.
