Realise I posted it a couple of days ago, but they weren't taking phone orders even though they took mine. Thought it'd be clearer to post a new deal with this now being available online. Doubt anyone would look at that old deal anyway.

I realise that probably annoys some, but I'm just trying to help someone out.

I remember watching a watchdog program about Beko washing machines which regularly exploded! This one fella returned home to find it had exploded and smashed his kitchen worktop to bits as that concrete bit was launched into the air! He was lucky he had worktop over the top of it because above that was his boiler, poor fella nearly lost his house!

Anyway, I'm sure you can find horror stories about all brands but this one always makes me laugh when I think back to that program. Lets hope they make much better fridges ;-)

I'd smash up my own house if I was married to her! ha ha

Can't get code to work? Tried various alternatives. Putting in msw45, with and without caps. Also tried with the membership number I've just signed up for. Whenever I press submit, both membership number and voucher code disappear (when I try both together - have tried separate), even though they have have separate buttons, but then nothing happens? What am I doing wrong? Still showing at £579 Only thing I haven't tried is taking the spaces out of the membership number - will that do it?

Scratch everything Result! Taking the spaces out of the membership number worked, and left the voucher code as caps. £434.25 Now I just need to convince her indoors that we need this (we actually do, apart from the fact that I wants it precious). She will say it doesn't go with our kitchen, but I don't care - It will darn well go if I say it goes.

Just ordered one, have been looking for an American Fridge Freezer for several weeks now, at £434 it was too good an opportunity to miss, plus you get cash back with co-op membership. Thanks sackboy.

Personally wouldn't buy a Beko american fridge freezer, in my experience (being Beko) it will probably only last a couple of years, granted it is an american fridge freezer but my money would go towards Bosch/ Aeg or equivalent, even if it was a 60cm normal fridge freezer.

Having sold electrical goods most of my working life I wouldn't touch Beko with a barge pole!

Having sold electrical goods most of my working life I would recommend Beko

Having worked for Hoover, Indesit, Hotpoint I would recommend Beko :-)

To be or not yo be. Mixed reactions

I have had this since January, I think it's great no problems with it at all (so far)!

I have had a beko standard fridge/freezer for over 10 years now with no problem.

cant get the deal to work... code not working maybe???? help??

I actually own a beko washing machine, drier, larder freezer, fridge/freezer as well as an American style fridge freezer. Except the American FF, all the Beko stuff has been great. Whilst nothing has gone wrong with the American FF, IT IS TOO NOISY! Being frost free, there are two fans that kick in independently of each other. This means more often than not one of them is running, and when both are on, its irritatingly noisy.

Thanks for sharing your views

Owned plenty of Beko stuff and never had a problem. I wish my fridge freezer would die so I can justify a new one!

Did you see my comment, number 6? The problem was with the co-op membership number spaces. Take them out. Voilà!

Sorted... and ordered. Many thanks!

Does it show the 25% discount at the end, as I am entering the code, it says "Your promotion code has been accepted", but price stays at £579.99 in the basket?? Don't want to go through to the end, end up paying for it and code hasn't taken any discount off!!

hi... Take the spaces out of the member ship number. signed up as a new member using the link on the deal post.

Hi tried this code won't work tired doing what was said but wont work anyone same problem

I had a beko dishwasher, it was excellent until the plug caught fire, luckily it tripped out the rcd but i cut it off put another plugbon and it worked a treat but i always made sure i put it on early evening just in case. I am on the lookout for a fridge freezer but unsure if i should gamble as it would be going in my garage/games room to chill the beers and give us some more freezer space and there's nothing worse than warm beer!!

As soon as I put the voucher code in, it took the order down to £424.. I take it you have also put in a co-op membership number? (if not, see the post details above). I think the final price is also dependent on that.

Looks like a good deal, only one point to note, it's a stored water dispenser in the door, which I feel is just taking up space. If you want chilled stored water, you would be better off just keeping a bottle in the fridge.

Yeah, put my co-op membership number in first, submitted that, then the code, but no discount taken off for some reason, and it is saying it has accepted both! Might try it in a different browser as for once, my other half is actually telling me to buy something!!

Looks like you've done everything I can think of, with the spaces taken out of the membership number etc. I was using Chrome. Hope it works OK. 25% is a fair old chunk.

I have tried Chrome and IE now, but nothing!! Membership number is accepted, Code accepted, but no 25% taken off. Gonna give them a ring when they open this morning as this is too bleeding good to miss!!

All the best with that. They should be able to sort it hopefully. As you say, it is a great price.

Thanks

Just got off the phone to Customer service, 25% off ended midnight last night, still didn't explain why my details wouldn't take the 25% off when i was entering them last night though! Gutted, missed out on a proper bargain there, well done to those who got one (_;)
