What's it like?

It's got a good customer review score on the Curry's site, but reading the reviews suggests quite a few issues: poor drying, difficult to install, depth different to average unit, cutlery basket fiddly...etc etc

I'm after an integrated dishwasher but haven't seen much pop up yet in the lead up to BF. Tempted to wait until boxing day or even new year sales at this rate

ive had a few dishwasher but my last two have been the bekos. I had the first about 4yrs before it packed in and replaced with the same. It does the job! it dries just as well as the AEG did if not better. It fits just fine, it cleans well and its simple to use. I paid each time around this price. IMO it isnt worth paying big money for a 'better' one. It wont last you any longer or be any better. Ours is used daily x

Prior to this I had a expensive AEG dishwasher which was excellent.

Issues I had with this machine

Leaking, my own fault as the water pipe at the back of machine wasn’t tightened properly which you’d expect from a new machine minor but hassle to pull out again.

I find the top rack excellent as it doesn’t have a spinner at the top just middle so you can really load it up.

Bottom rack is a bit awkward, you can’t properly stack pint glasses just plates and the cutlery tray it just stupid and sits in the middle with a bit of wasted space in my opinion and doesn’t neatly fit Into the corner.

The machine it’s self is very quiet but you can hear the water whirring around which my wife finds distracting as we have an open plan living area, doesn’t bother me. I just think she has something to moan about because I wouldn’t buy the £500 Bosch one.

All in all I think it cleans as well as the AEG circa £600 one but doesn’t dry as well but no big deal.

One thing that bugs me is that when I use oven pride which I found out turns the grease into soap .

I usually just put all the stuff in dishwasher afterwards. In the new one because maybe the seals aren’t as good it leaks slightly because the water all sudds up with foam due to the ‘soap’ where the other one didn’t leak. I thought it was faulty at first but it’s fine when not overflowing with soap which in fairness it’s not meant to do.

All in all, it’s alright but I’d say it’s a £200 dishwasher rather then a £349 reduced to £200 if you get what I mean.

Does the job adequately.
