I was looking for a cheap vented dryer that worked, after alot of headache I decided to go for this Beko. There are no recalls on this model and never have been, Beko have had the least troubles regarding safety out of Hotpoint, Indesit and and Whirlpool.

I have seen this model in use and seems to do a great job drying the clothes, some complains online regarding black marks being left on the clothes seem to be isolated to a handful of customers but having used Beko before for warranty I have never had an issue.

This is an unbeatable price for a half decent Vented Dryer.

Just type P10MAY at ao checkout as a voucher code and the discount will be added

^Hotpoint, Indesit and Whirlpool are all owned by Whirlpool Corporation.

After them Bosch are said to be second in line for product fires in London which easy to assume replicates UK wide given its demograph & population.

Excellent tumble dryer! Sensor drying works brilliantly. Ours got stolen from outside our house whilst we were moving in, and we had it replaced with a Candy one which is rubbish in comparison. When it inevitably conks out it will be replaced with this again!
Thanks I have updated the model number, was my mistake whilst googling for an image to share

Quick question, how much stuff can you fit in this? Would it do a king-size bed wash and a few clothes at the same time?
If its a sensor one definitely go for it. Mines been brilliant. Its about 4 or 5 yr old now and still going strong. It sometimes groans a bit if you load it up with heavy stuff like jeans and towels, but not failed yet from all the abuse it gets.

From memory it does. Put it this way I struggle to fit all bedding in my washing machine from a double bed, but tumble drier takes it easy.

But the cheapest sensor one is £169.99. And their own website says they are only assembled and painted here.

Never said it would be cheaper.
And I can assure you they are fully assembled in the factory.
50% of the parts are sourced from UK suppliers.
All metal parts are UK sourced and factory pressed, painted and assembled and then off they go to be made into tumble dryer in the same UK factory.

Who cares if it's made here in the UK or Overseas? I don't get it.

Me neither. Just because something is made here doesn't mean I want it more.

Well most of the money will stay in this country which benefits us all.
It will make Britain more competitive and increase our standard of living. But hey ho let's save £20.

I’ve always had the small white Knight
Just my opinion but I always find white knight reviews a bit dodgy. You usually get someone on forums like this banging on about we should buy British. If you look on Google maps at the crosslee factory near Halifax or the white knight factory shop, loads of reviewers have only given 1 or 2 reviews. Hmm very odd. And you always get ones which seem very very samey to other reviews on amazon and general reviews if you do a Google search for reviews on white knight.
We had one at work a few years ago and it broke after about 1.5yr making a right racket.

Mind you they still didn't learn and bought a indesit tumble drier which has had a few repairs now too. All door related. Had to wedge it shut with a wooden peg for about 2 months until they came out to repair it.

I'm not sure how this meme actually works for this conversation?
Anyway getting back to the point of the Deal, is it any good?
I have one of these and have no issues with it. Put the stuff in, turn it on and leave it until it beeps.
