whats the quality like with Beko these days? or are they another Hotpoint

We have the older black version and its the best washer weve ever had its been that good my mothers bought this one a few moths back, its a rock solid machine.

Nothing like the rubbish hotpoint weve had our 4 years and my missis has it on all the time the only issue weve had is that the brushes went 6 months ago and they were only £8 but were a little hard to get to but that may have changed on this newer model.

After getting a BEKO freezer 15 years ago and it being ver good we replaced all the other appliances with BEKO one by one as the zanussis and hogpoints break not long after warranty but the BEKOs seem to last until they become old fashioned or you move house.

Code not working !

Don't fall into that trap.

Is 1200 spin enough?

I've never gone less than 1400 as the other half reckons we need that to dry the clothes better?

You really need to look at the spin performance figure, as measured carefully in an independent laboratory, rather than a manufacturer's headline figure. There are other things which affect how well the clothes are spun besides the spin speed. However, it's likely it won't spin as well as a 1400. If you use a tumble dryer, it will cost more in electricity overall; if you hang the clothes out, they will take longer to dry...

I find that the Daily Quick 39 min 40 degree wash spins out really well for hanging the wasing outside, if not better than my old Bosch washing machine which was a 1400 spin. If you wanted the washing extra dry for putting in a spin dryer afterwards then you can always use the quick Spin and Drain programme of about 12 minutes. It comes out the machine a lot less wetter than normal.

The real beauty of this machine is the flexibilty in setting the temperatures on the Daily Quick wash and also the Quick Wash programme for items that just need a quick wash like light spills etc;.
