I'm looking at the 10kg candy in Argos for 249.
1400 spin. Candy washers seem to last very well.
OK but 1200 spin is not good as will cost a fortune to dry the clothes.
I have this....it's brill. Mine leaves the clothes almost dry....so I wouldn't worry.about the 1200 speed, as a lot of higher spin machines don't perform as well as this. I might just be lucky though

The recent Beko laundry range are leaps ahead other brands that operate around this price point.

I bought a condensor dryer recently and looking at Hotpoint, Indesit I felt that Beko are using a more modern product platform whereas the others looked cheap and dated
I have this washing machine 2 years now
Its great i would highly recommend it
If you're looking at a budget washing machine then Beko is the best out of the budget brands Hotpoint, Indesit, Zanussi, Candy etc for reliability. Mum has a 7kg 1200 spin Beko and she's impressed with the spin performance especially for a machine that cost £150!

1200 is ideal, anything over is a waste.

Got the same machine 2 weeks ago, bit noisy, but the spin is much dryer than my old 1200 bosch.
Saw a Hoover that works with an app via voice while looking at the above.
Ok Washing Machine, cook, I mean, wash!
Seems like a good deal, lets be honest it wont last forever but its £200, so if you get a 1000 washes thats a result (isn't the design life expectancy on Beko's around that number). Averaging 3 washes a week thats 6-6.5 years

Manual here

bekoplc.blob.core.windows.net/bek…pdf

FYI, Page 11 has wash times - 210 minutes for full load cotton at 60 degrees, partial load around 3 hours. I dont know how that compares to over brands.
Just to add
This washing machine is not noisy comparing to my previous bosch
Great machines, i've had mine for over 3 years now, still going strong
Product Features "9kg drum gives you enough room for a week's washing for two adults and two children" - We have a 6kg beko and if we don't do a load every day, we struggle to keep on top of the washing. How often does this mythical family of 4 change their clothes? Once every 3 days? lol. Good deal though, if we were looking for a machine at the minute, I would have considered it
Looks like a good machine, I need to buy one soon and I'm deliberating to buy either a beko or spend a bit more for a LG

Does anyone know the warranty info for this washing machine?

I'm going to diagnose the problem for you, too many clothes ( usually the woman but men too) have a sort out of casual wear , if you haven't worn something in 2 weeks out it goes. 😁
Are Beko a reliable band? I currently have a 1200 spin Bosch which lasted just over 10 years but have given up now. So I am on the lookout for a new one and don't know whether to purchase a Beko, Hotpoint, Hoover or Bush machines. Any advice would be appreciated.

Also on the look out for a washing machine. On this website I have most seen people say 'stay away from hotpoint' and I hear beko seems to be reliable. Not sure on the other two brands on your comment.

LG seem to be good as well but are more expensive than the other brands generally

Even an entry level LG washer would be a better bet than a higher range run of the mill brand. Much of the internals in the base models are the same as those higher up the range. It's the extra features that you're generally paying more for.

I know. Mixed reviews everywhere. There is some good offers on Bush washing machines on Argos. I would love to get a LG but it seems to be just a bit over my budget currently ☹

We've had a Hoover machine that lasted a similar amount of time, albeit with repairs, and we've recently replaced it with another Hoover. But a repairman recently told me that all the budget washing machines today have a similar limited life span (1000-1200 washes I think he said?). He said not to buy a Bush as they are expensive for parts, while Beko are fairly cheap for parts.

This is currently the cheapest LG deal available at £279 as long as 6.5 KG is a big enough drum for your needs. Many of the features and internals are the same as on the more expensive models.

This would have been perfect just if it was 1400 spin! Mine was a 1200 spin and would love to have a higher spin do the clothes are bit more drier. Thank you though
I see that they are charging Connection of your new Washing Machine - £24.99 , Removal of your old disconnected appliance - £24.99. Is there another place that charge less for those services?
