Product information
The WMB91243LW washing machine from Beko has been designed to save you time, especially with the Xpress Super Short wash function. It’s been rated an impressive A+++ for energy efficiency, which will assist in keeping your energy bills low.
Xpress Super Short
This is a 14 minute programme for a small 2kg load, which is perfect if you’re in a rush.
Delay Timer
You can delay the start of your wash up to 24 hours, this means that you can take advantage of cheaper energy prices in the evening or set the washing to be finished by the time you come home from work so it won’t sit in the washing machine.
Half Load
The cycle detects when you wash a smaller load, it then alters it to save you money and energy whilst still giving your clothes a thorough clean.
Time Saver
Depending on which programme you've selected, the Time Saver function will speed up and save time on your load.

I Ordered this HOOVER DXA68W3 @ £250.00 from currys 20 mins ago as two family members have the 1400 spin 14 min wash etc and works great.
But the wife wanted 1600 spin if any one need a faster spin machine. Use code LKA10R.
I find this is a problem with most washing machines. The best way to get around it is to set it to a Mini 30 mins wash followed by a Rinse program, your clothes are fully cleaned in 45 mins.
yeah, we use the 'Daily Quick' programme. Seems to work fine with that, but then can't rely on all the other programmes. Shame cos our Beko freezer and dishwasher are great.
If its over-filled or if it hasn't been set level on the floor surface when installed it can sense a non balanced load. Also if you mix lets say heavy towels and everything else is light cottons or less absorbent materials it can have the same effect. I guess the issue is that is going slow caused by operator error or some sort of fault with the washing machine. When my Panasonic/Vestel washing machine was spinning slowly and leaving clothes still too wet I soon realised it was my error in loading it and I haven't had the issue since.
I think I'd give the extra 3 year warranty for £95 a miss, given you can buy a new washing machine for £200 in two years time (maybe longer!) with hopefully another 2 year warranty.
Save the £95 to go towards the next £200 machine?
Interested to hear peoples thoughts on extended warranties.......
thanks, im about to order
did you consider the HOTPOINT Smart WMFUG842G? im undecided
As luck would have it, happened in this one as I was in John Lewis and I couldn't believe it! I've gone for around 300 with the John Lewis 5 year etc.
I'm not sure if I have probably wasted £95... our current Seimens is 7/8 years old and nothing has gone wrong that I couldn't clear out, but I've never had a Beko and John Lewis aftercare and service is amazing so I took the plunge for 3 additional years piece of mind.
No I did not as 3 family members so far have Hoover models with1400 spin and 1600 spin 8kg and 10 kg versions and love them.
Your model only has 1400 spin and the wife wants 1600.
I went for 8kg 1600 only for price as don't need 10kg and its £40.00 more.
Don't forget to use the code if at currys.

That's tumble dryers and they seem to be one of the most dangerous devices because they collect fluff and that fluff is so easy to ignite. Still something like 1/2 million Bosch tumble dryers that are also dangerous and a few other recalls although most now are probably out of use due to age.

My mother recently changed her dishwasher, it was a Hotpoint and still working. It was only when I looked to sell it on ebay for her we discovered that had a recall despite her buying it new and being at the same address they made no effort to contact her. The repairman came today to upgrade it so its safe to sell. It will probably only fetch £10 on ebay anyway, bit of a farce really. It would have been cheaper for them if they bunged her £20 and just took it away. From what I understand he spent almost an hour changing a component. He did say it was one of the best dishwashers ever, we may quote him on the ebay advert

Anyone know if this is quiet or loud? Really want to replace mine that sounds like the entire RAF is flying over!
Also, is there much difference between a 1200 and 1400 spin?
I must be getting old. That information is useful or beneficial to this deal because .........?
Our one is alive and well enough at the moment, I was looking for one as I thought it would be time soon and if I spotted a good deal I thought it was worth it. As a result, I pushed and said I wanted £30 off what I originally paid and they went for that. so there is a big delay, but we got it for £169 in the end.
