Oh wait, the Currys model is a different one - WTB941R4W!

(Edit a day later now I'm home/at my PC - here's the differences here)

best of the budget brands
I've got this one. Works well - though it replaced a 20 year old Indesit - only gripe so far is the prog selector dial feels quite thin and flimsy- only use the quick wash mostly which is between 28 and 14 mins (in theory)
Got it thankfully for £172 via this site - not sure how often you will see that sort of price

Anything but Hotpoint!
These are better than most of the big branded ones. Got through 2 Zanussi machines, both dying after about 3 years of light use. Our replacement was a beko that is now about 6 years old and still works and looks like new
Alternatively, if you haven't ordered from Very before you can get it for just under £200, £196.98 there too with first order code PAQ4C at the moment. Available for delivery.

I had a bit of a palaver purchasing this spec of machine (on behalf of my mum ). I assumed the WTG941B1W and WTB941R4W were the same machines - they have the same specs, very similar control panel/font/functions as but the model numbers are very slightly different.

Couldn't pursue price-matching (even embarrassed myself phoning up Currys asking, but hey you've got to try).

Argos/Very WTG941B1W on the left, Currys WTB941R4W washing machine on the right.
Differences I can see are,
Black buttons on the right of the Currys machine, under the LED panel, and a Wool Mark insignia on the bottom of the detergent drawer. (Actually, the Currys one has a Woollens programme the Argos one doesn't - it says Hand Wash instead).
There's a few other programme differences on the left of the selection knob, too.39727413-B4meL.jpgBetter picture of the Argos/Very WTG941B1W programme selector:39727413-lLw0s.jpgAdding these now I'm at a Desktop, browsing from a phone and then a laptop, as I was most of yesterday - I couldn't see the images that clearly!

Assume you mean "showing £199.99 for collection, and £279.99 for delivery????"

The pricing's changed today, that's why.

Went up to £279.99 today (from Argos) and it's suddenly available for delivery in Glasgow, when it wasn't for days. Sneaky that!

Says Collect From Store £199.99 - weird!
39736796.jpgThe Very option is now £299.99. Glad I got in there in time (ended up purchasing from Very a few days ago).

The Very option is down to £209.99 again today, "£20 off for your first order" code PAQ4C will take it down to £189.99 + £6.99 delivery = £196.98.39761030-gBuDn.jpg

Has anyone used Very? Just concerned about their customer after sales compared to AO. Looking for a deal for a beko washing machine with same or similar spec as above (8kg too) for around £200/210.

Any help/recommendations would be great. Thank you!

I used Very to buy my Save The Ocean Seiko, though one HUKD member got an already opened and used watch, returned it and was second time lucky.

Obviously I ordered this machine on my mum's behalf (mentioned above) - Very do get a bit of a mixed reputation from HUKDers.

Can't really comment on after care!
Thanks Louise. Think I'm swaying more towardS AO and will just choose a different beko from there.
