They're used for connecting digi boxes, DVD players etc to the TV. Ideal if you using non-HD equipment in a spare room, kids room etc....approx £12 in Argos. Much better than the cheap and nasty ones you normally get from these stores.

They are also doing a Belkin 1.5 metre long SCART lead with gold plated connectors for the more discriminating enthusiasts.

no we just have no intrest in buying any HD item at the moment cause its a case of "if it aint broke why fix it" in which i means unless my tv breaks i am not even intrested in hd and even then i prob wont be
