This has been posted here about three months ago, but then Amazon seem to have run out of stock.

The good news is it's back, and I've ordered a couple of them in the past, and they are very reliable.

I use them with almost everything (PS3, my android phone and PSP) to charge and transfer data.

Belkin cables have an awesome quality, and for less then 2 quid, I reckon it's a must buy.

Other places will be selling it for at least a fiver, and some will have it slightly cheaper, but charge for delivery. Good news is this is £1.99 including delivery.

Hope you enjoy it!

Good spot thanks.
Only when I got my HUKD Orange San Francisco did I realise there WAS a Micro B USB form factor!

Only £10-£20 for similar at PCWorld oO
Similar also available on eBay for 99p+ (but not with Belkin brand/warranty & length not always clear)

I got one of these last time round for my HTC Desire, it's great. Much longer than the original you get with the phone which meant I could charge it on my night stand, as it's too far from the plug for the one that came with it.

Very good quality cable.

how much of a difference does it make

No difference - but a good quality cable at a good price...

Is this the Kindle fitting?

update... yes, according to the reviews

vs any other working cable? Nothing

vs not having a cable? Lots

ordered. thanks!

Just ordered. Cheers

OP, you said you use it with your ps3 controller and stuff.. that is a different connection.
PS3 controllers have a mini usb port, this is a micro usb which is used for phones and such. Unless you are using a converter.

Anyway thanks, I'm getting it because the cable I have now is far too short and can't use my phone when I am in bed.

Oo belkin, I have a 3.5mm speaker cable extention from them.. the build quality was really poor BUT they have replaced it for me twice now for absolutely free and it came with a lifetime warrenty, I'd assume the same with this cable (if not post up).

It's been this same price since the last time it was posted. (Been in my Amazon wish list)

This also works with the New WD Passport Hard disks, but only in USB 2 mode. Ideal for longer connection to WDTV, Wii etc.

If you want to keep your HTC Wildfire battery topped up and you use a computer at “work”, get one of these and use it to connect said phone to your computer during the day, without having to bring your own charger in and risk losing it.

Thanks op

thanks

Cheers OP
