Good deal for a branded HDMI cable. Heat from me :P

I wouldn't pay the normal inflated Currys price for these, but 99p is a good deal.

Don't you just love it when you need something and it pops up on a deal site just before you go and buy. Will check my local 99p tomorrow, thanks op.

great deal

HDMI Cable with Ethernet - How does the ethernet part of this work?

really good deal

not worth it at the normal price as Belkin stuff is always grossly overpriced

got me 5 from my local store though

so big thanks to the OP

theyve also got decent quality branded 5m scart leads which although not of much use to many is a really good deal becuase they cant be picked up for a quid easily

I do napolimp, I really do. I spend the tough day working down an ice cream kiosk, pullin whippies like there's no freakin tomorrow. When I need HD, I need HDMI, when I see it for a price that's equivalent to rice, I gotta buy it. My next of kin, is a Belkin.

Have just seen this yesterday in 99p store Bromley, tis rather a good deal! I saw that they had 1m and 2m lengths available in there and appeared to have a lot in stock! Good deal!

so i can connect my smart tv without built in wifi to my xbox wifi?

The Pure AV stuff is actually very good. I had a sub-woofer cable waiting to be used until after we decorated and as soon as I swapped it over from the cable I was using, the annoying buzz sound when the amp was switched off disappeared. The build quality was excellent too.

These are probably junk!

I wouldn't even dream of spending sub £50 on a decent HDMI cable.

Ha, another joker who thinks the price of the cable is relative to the quality of the picture.

This is a digital signal, it either works well or it doesn't

No. Ethernet over HDMI only works with 1.4 ports. Xbox has 1.3/1.2

.... Sorry to be the 1st to say it, but surely someone looking to spend £50+ on an HDMI cable shouldn't really be spending time on HUKD....

None in Scotland

Guess this gives me a good reason to visit the store in Leeds for the first time.
Thanks

Great. £50.99 and they're yours. Where would you like them sent?

What's the point of having a 50" tv costing a grand connected with an inferior cable.
I'm with mallinersha..... I would pay at least half the price of the tv for good connectivity !

ps, I am on a wind up !

No, because the devices themselves have to support it and I can't say I've personally come across any that do.

I'm amazed at the amount of people who thought Mallinersha was being serious.

I know, I should have spent more time looking for the most expensive HDMI cable in the world for the amusement of others. I have wasted my life.

Misprice ? I hope they honour my order... ha ha

LOL... used to sell these in Currys for no less than £25, along with IXOS and other rip of brands. Qué the wireless HD revolution; they'll charge so much it'll mega-Hertz.

Oh no! I spoke to Analogue Seduction last week and bought one of these on the guy's recommendation.
Do you mean that I've been overcharged £798.01.

That does it. I'm fed up being ripped off so am taking the Bugatti back and swapping it for a Micra.

Why though, If you think of HDMI like a network cable. HDMI is a digital signal. Thats like saying Ill never pay less than £50 for a cat 5e network cable when you can buy a perfectly decent one for 79p on ebay. The build quality is probably slightly lacking but the end result is the same.

I never spend more than £3 on an hdmi cable (and I think that was for a 20m one)
