For Belkin? And better than Belkin from Ali Express? You've got a 'very good' reason for voting cold. Almost everything purchased directly from China will be cheaper than buying it from here, it's common sense. And even it was the same product, I wonder how many people are willing to wait a long time for the sake of £2.
I've also paid £5 for a powerful charger from Ali Express while a good brand in the UK was £30. But I didn't vote cold. Instead, I've got rid of the piece of junk I've got from Ali Express, hence I've wasted £5. (edited)

I don't get the above comments about mah, this looks to me a car charger, not a power bank. I thought everything is about volts, amps and watts.
