Lulz. And high cocoa chocolate isn't full of sugar? I can almost guarantee it has more sugar and more saturated fats...

They are 69p in Home Bargains... Rubbish

Wish I had an Asda near by The cocoa ones are the best!

I feel what he meant was that these are more processed and contain more artificial stuff than we might realise

Biscuits. Through the post. Great idea. X)

Rather just eat a chocolate bar personally considering the sugar these things have.

Good deal nonetheless.

There's 28% of your GDA of sugar in a bar of Dairy Milk. There's also no wholegrains, cereals, barely any fibre and a ton of saturated fats....

Four of these biscuits have 8% of your GDA of sugar.

Saying you may as well have a chocolate bar is just plain retarded. The whole point of these is because (along with let's say, a banana and low fat yoghurt) you are having a good, balanced breakfast... and the carbs are going to be slowly released, giving you energy throughout the day. Something a chocolate bar is definitely not going to do...

Sure, a good cereal and milk with some fruit will do the same job, but these are really made for people who don't like to mess around in the mornings!

Sorry, you are talking nonsense pal..

Lets do a comparison shall we?

Belvita Forest Fruits (4 biscuits/pack)

Sugar/pack: 11.6g
GDA: 12%

Bowl cheerios (60g) with semi skimmed milk (125ml) and 5g sugar on top

Sugar/bowl: 17g
GDA: 18%

A mars bar

Sugar/bar: 35g
GDA: 38%

Belvita biscuits mentioned have the lowest sugar and lowest levels of additives out of the 3 examples.

As a point of note, 1 bowl of cheerios for example contains 112% GDA of Iron. It also contains 73% GDA of Vitamin B12.

Great deal by the way OP. Normally buy a pack a week at £2.59. Bought quite a few today!

No, they aren't. The product Home Bargains sell is completely different.

Great buy. I bought the cereal ones for £10 delivered from Amazon and the honey nuts £15 for 10.
These are brilliant for a quick on-the-go breakfast and complete with everything the body needs to keep going till lunch. Contrary to belief, the body does need sugar throughout the day to function. These bars provide enough and not too much either.

great deal I love the choc ones just bought 5 boxes at Gateshead, heat added, thanks!

They're biscuits at the end of the day. Healthy? LOL. Please.
