You're thinking of the Republic of Ireland as the other country, Ireland is Ireland, all over.

yeah, esp seeing as Ireland isn't a country, it is a landmass, republic of ireland and northern ireland are the countries!

Carson 321, I'm not the only one who thought grocery was ireland only:
From wiki:
The grocery operation only operates in Irish stores and some Northern Irish stores, although some limited grocery ranges can be found in the Spanish stores

Dunnes Stores are the 2nd biggest suppliers to the IRA, with the 1st being Colonel Gaddafi.

Wow... they get their Ben & Jerry's from him too? I have lived in Northern Ireland for more than 30 years and I did not know that. Presumably Dunnes is their second-choice supplier when his freezers are empty.

Great deal for Northern Ireland, part of the UK.

I think it is you sir who is the Numpty, nowhere do they suggest that NI is not part of the UK. Its the Island of Ireland as demonstrated by our soon world conquering rugby team.

Enough of this Irish/NI/UK crap, the deal is hot. Too many trolls on today with nothing else to do on a Monday.

And here was me thinking this was hot UK deals, not hot ireland deals....

Nice find. I live right next to there, so provided you left some I'll get a bit later

Some deals are restricted to england, some are restricted to Northern Ireland and some are restricted to a particular city. Get over it.

le_jaeger said hotNIdeals, i was pointing out that this was wrong as NI is still part of UK...................................

There used to be one in Billingham, Teesside but it closed about 20 years ago. I thought they all had gone.

£1.50 Spar

Was in Ormeau Road at 3.00 today; was marked in the freezer at 3.79. Checked with price check scanner in aisle 2 (peas and beans), same result.
