Whether you're catching up on the latest show on the Internet or viewing documents, the BenQ GL2760H LED monitor is the perfect choice for you in style! Featuring dynamic ratio of 12M:1, Flicker-free, and response time of 2ms, this 27W 16:9 LED monitor delivers you the audiovisual enjoyment. LED backlighting offers significant advantages over the CCFL technology used in older LCD monitors. These advantages encompass not only performance metrics such as higher dynamic contrast and no light leakage, but also environmental factors, like a manufacturing process and disposal that produces fewer pollutants. The GL2760H is upgraded to eliminate flickering at all brightness levels, effectively reducing eye fatigue. The GL2760H comes with an ultra-high dynamic contrast ratio of 12M:1 to add colour depth and definition to darkened and complex motion pictures, so that everything you see, from the brightest white to the darkest black, is perfectly rendered to deliver the clearest, smoothest picture performance during movies and video games.

Cracking price here ...
How big a deal is the refresh rate on these monitors. I am stuck between getting this one or a 144hz monitor for the same price however the 144hz monitor is only 24inch.

Refresh rate is the most important aspect when it comes to a gaming monitor for PC. 144hz is a must, even 1080p/144 is superior to 4k60 for most games. Not to mention 1080p will look better on the 24 than 27.
