Phones4U have the refurbished BenQ-Siemens EF81 on Vodafone Pay As You Go available on their website for just £139.95. Purchase via and you'll get £5 cashback, bringing the effective phone cost down to just £134.95.

The BenQ-Siemens EF81 is a premium handset with premium features. With a magnesium and brushed stainless steel exterior the EF81 packs a lot of technology into an extremely slim handset. It has a 2 megapixel camera with 5x zoom, Bluetooth and a large 262,000 colour TFT screen made from hardened mineral glass to ensure durability. The BenQ-Siemens EF81 also has 3G functionality allowing you to enjoy such features as live video calling from your mobile together with super-fast data download or just simply audio and video streaming.

I would be a little wary of this because Benq-Siemens do not exist as a mobile manufacturer anymore, so warranty is liable to be non-existant.

Benq-Siemens were declarred bankrupt in Germany a weeks or so ago.....
